Welcome

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, I work via Telehealth with anyone in the state. I'm originally from Atlanta, and I lived in New England and on the West Coast before settling in Denver. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Vermont and received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine at Boston University.  During my time in Boston, I worked with adults in an outpatient settings and gained experience working with a variety of mental health issues. 

 

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities in sessions, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, and Mindfulness. 

 

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, running, yoga, live music, and spending time with my dog, Luka.
